The Supermicro AS -1024US-TRT is a dual processor server with possibilities for 4x SATA or SAS Solid State Drives. The Supermicro AS -1024US-TRT
supports the following types of SSDs: SAS and SATA. The SSDs capacity can range from 120GB
to 30TB and speeds up to 3GB/s to 24GB/s depending on wether you, the
consumer choose: SAS or SATA SSDs. The Maximum capacity the Supermicro AS -1024US-TRT can offer
physically is 4x30.00TB SSDs. It is not advisable to mix the types of drives
as the server will run inconsistent due to SSD drive speeds. If you want
to maximize the capabilities of the Supermicro AS -1024US-TRT, choose one type
of Solid State Drives to maintain consistency when running your server nodes.
