The Z600 Rev. C2 is a Dual Processor system with 6 DIMM slots. There is one memory channel per CPU. Each memory channel manages three DIMM slots. Along with standard RDIMMs and UDIMMs, the Z600 Rev. 2 also supports options for standard or low voltage. You cannot mix different memory types. Different speeds can be mixed but the modules will function at the slowest speed installed.
