The Asus ESC8000A-E13P is a server with configuration of 8x 2.5" SSDs. This Asus ESC8000A-E13P supports the following types of solid state drives: NVMe. The capacities supported by this server range from 120GB to 15.36TB and offers speeds of 16GT/s, depending on the type of solid state drive. The max capacity configuration available for this server is 6x 15.36TB NVMe. It is not advisable to mix the types of drives as the server will run inconsistent due to SSD drive speeds. If you want to maximize the capabilities of the Asus ESC8000A-E13P, choose one type of Solid State Drives to maintain consistency when running your server nodes.

There is 1 type of Asus ESC8000A-E13P chassis from a storage perspective: 8x 2.5" NVMe U.2/U.3 hot-swap drive bays, only 6 NVMe available with RAID controller, and 4 NVMe with no RAID controller.
