The Dell PowerEdge R6515 is a Dual Processor system with 16 DIMM slots on each CPU. There are eight memory channels per CPU, each managing two DIMM slots per channel. Hyper-cloud DIMM (HCDIMM or HDIMM) is considered load reduced memory which is 240-pin, 72 bit wide. LRDIMM differs from low capacity, low voltage registered memory modules (LV RDIMM).
